This module is extremely useful for tracking official mobile phones. It primarily focuses on the official phone numbers associated with specific usage records. This tracking system allows you to maintain records not only for employees' official phone numbers but also for family members if your company offers such an option. It can also include system cards used in devices located within or outside the company that are not directly linked to a specific employee.
The biggest advantage of this record-keeping system is the ability to enter consumption data for each phone number, with the consumption of family members being linked to the employee who registered them. If you receive an Excel file from the provider with consumption details for the month, you can import that file as record items, thus leveraging all the benefits of incorporating external records into your ERP system.
Additional options include the automated creation of purchase invoices based on the items previously described, as well as automatic creation of suspensions if employees exceed the agreed-upon limit.
